• Google-Google Destroys Existing Businesses Toshinao Sasaki (Written by) Bungei Shunshu (Publishing House) / 文春新書 2006年4月 (Release date) New book (Format) 2006a book released in 1999。 だいぶ古くなったが読んでみた。 第1章 Googleニュースについて Googleニュースは新聞社の記事の見出しだけを自動的にコピーしてきて、利用者がクリックするともとの新聞社のホームページに飛ぶ仕組み。 著作権や広告費について新聞社との問題も多かったらしい。 Google版オフィスソフトとGoogle Mapについて Ajax（エイジャックス）という技術が、ウェブブラウザ上でさまざまなサービスを動作させることを可能にしたという。 非同期通信を行うことらしいが、僕は詳しくは知らない。 Googleネット計画について 無料の無線LANを提供するGoogleによるインフラ整備だという。 個人情報をもとに、広告ビジネスを展開するみたい。 Google Base 個人向け広告ビジネス。 Google PCとGoogleブックサーチ 第2章 Google Adwordsというキーワード広告について 検索エンジンの性能向上とともに現れた。 クリック単価を落札することで広告をのせるらしい。 第3章---キーワード広告の活用事例 第4章---ロングテール現象 第5章 アドワーズとアドセンスでGoogleは収益をあげている（いた？） Google AdSenseというのは個人のホームページなどに広告を配信するサービス。 2005年頃はアドワーズとアドセンスによる売上がGoogleの収益の99%だった。 ブログの出現とムーバブルタイプ ムーバブルタイプとはブログを簡単に開設することのできるソフト。 トラックバックという仕組みが革新的だった。 アテンションが重要 情報過多の時代、人からどれだけ注目されるかが最大の価値基準に。 第6章 あらゆるものをデジタル化 Google八分と忘れられる権利？ Googleはあくまでユーザーにとって正しい検索結果を提供するのが最大の目的であるらしい。 Googleに対する圧力 読みやすくておもしろかった。 でも最近ではGoogleを取り巻く状況も変わってきているのかな？ 人工知能とか自動運転とか、どうなんだろう。
