まとめられているのですらすらと読みやすい本だった。
フレームワークとはものごとを考える上での枠組みで、経営学者や経営コンサルタントなど先人たちが提唱してきたもの。
フレームワークを用いることで問題を自分でイチから考えることなく、問題解決や意思決定ができるという。
戦略立案のフレームワークであるSWOTやPEST、ランチェスターの法則、問題解決のフレームワークであるペイオフマトリクスなどは、企業のみならず個人の自己啓発、キャリアデザインにも使えるなと思った。
ブレインストーミング、SCAMPERとかマインドマップはアイデアを出す時に役に立つかも。

- The Secrets of Consultants: Anthropology of Technical Advice G.M.ワインバーグ (Written by) / 木村 泉 (Translation) 共立出版 (Publishing House) 1990In December (Release date) Hardcover (Format) なんとなく気になったこの本を読んでみた。 この本では筆者が経験したり聞いたりしたことから導かれた様々な法則が出てくる。 印象に残ったものを挙げてみる。 トレードオフ療法 マービンの医学的秘密 白パンの危険信号 プレスコットのピックルス原理 ホローマ―の法則 「新しい」の法則 価格設定の法則 信頼の法則 僕はコンサルタントではないが、どれも読むと、なるほどと思うところがあった。 こうやって自分なりの法則を考えるのは面白いかもしれない。 この著者の本は実例がたくさん載っていて分かりやすい。 他にもこの著者の本を買ったので今度読んでみようと思う。
